Welcome to Resistance Voodoo, where chaos is stitched by hand and every doll is made with just the right amount of spite. By shopping with us or using this site, you’re agreeing to the following terms. Yes, this is the boring legal stuff — but we’ve made it less painful. Mostly.

🛍️ Ordering & Payment

All items are handmade, made-to-order, and subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or reject requests if we suspect fraud, harassment, or general sketchiness.

Payment

Payments are securely processed through Authorize.net. We never store your credit card details, and everything is encrypted to industry standards. Your rage may be messy, but your transaction won’t be.

📦 Shipping Policy

Each little creep is handmade to order, not pulled from a shelf. That means we take our time crafting your doll with intention and detail. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be created and prepared for shipping.

  • Standard shipping via USPS is included in the price within the USA.

  • Additional shipping services (like express) are available at cost — just ask.

  • International buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs fees, and related costs. We don’t cover your country’s paperwork, red tape, or taxes.

We’ll send tracking once your order ships. After that, it’s in the hands of the mail gods.

🔁 Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

We don’t do refunds or cancellations. All sales are final. That said:

  • We offer exchanges only, and only in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return and reshipment shipping costs for exchanges.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery — email us with photos and details at [email protected].

🧷 Design Customization & Revisions

All dolls follow a standard design, but we reserve the right to charge additional fees for special requests or revisions beyond our standard offerings. These charges are applied at the artist’s discretion and are non-refundable. Customization = extra chaos, extra cost.

✋ Product Use Disclaimer

These voodoo dolls are meant for novelty and symbolic purposes only. They are not intended to cause harm (unless spiritually satisfying to you), nor are they a substitute for professional services of any kind. Use them with humor, intention, and a bit of fire — but don’t sue us.

🔏 Privacy & Data Use

We collect only what we need to process your order, contact you, or send marketing emails (if you opt in). We don’t sell or trade your info. For more details, check our Privacy Policy.

🧠 Copyright & Ownership

All images, product names, copy, and designs on this site belong to Resistance Voodoo. Don’t steal our work. We might be small, but we’re scrappy and legally protected.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by postal services

  • Emotional damage from shockingly accurate doll energy

  • Customs issues or international delays

We make dolls. We don’t control borders, weather, or karma.
